Purpose of Position
The Aircraft Data Administrator maintains current revisions to OEM Service Bulletin, additional maintenance requirements, and revises maintenance tracking system.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Maintain aircraft baselines to reflect all Mandatory and Recommended Service Bulletins and Service Letters issued and all additional maintenance requirements, such as ICA’s, RVSM, Supplemental Maintenance Requirements, Component Maintenance Requirements, etc.
2. Audit Aircraft records
3. Review all component maintenance manuals, service bulletins and service letters to ascertain compliance requirements and create baseline tasks to assure all requirements are satisfied.
4. Complete periodic audits of all manufacturers’ technical publications to ascertain aircraft baselines are in compliance with the most up-to-date requirements
5. Work with the Manager of Aircraft Data and Inspections to determine scheduling changes needed for Service Bulletin and Service Letter revisions; and introduction to scheduled maintenance/inspection programs.

Solid computer skills and technical aptitude required.
