Purpose of Position

Student Associates will be special projects and various other duties in Crew Resource Planning that are intended to provide them with valuable professional work experience and industry insight. Interns will perform meaningful work alongside other talented professionals gaining insight to EJMs' unique culture and business philosophy. Assisting Crew Resource Planning with organizing and filing crew records. Support Crew Resource Planning team members with daily workload related to creating and organizing training records and recordkeeping processes. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Proving support to the Crew Resource Planners by creating Training and Checking Authorizations through Flight Safety and CAE processes. Manage and complete department assigned projects in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress; Providing support to the Crew Resource Planners by auditing Training and Checking Records, then processing those records into the EJM electronic recordkeeping method.
• Develop an understanding of the EJM/NetJets operations, approach, methodology & tools.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)

• Basic understanding and application of crew training and recordkeeping requirements (willing to train)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently after training is complete
• Part 91 or 135 aviation environment experience – e.g., Pilot ratings and experience, Dispatch license and experience, or other FAA-issued certificate and experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Student Pilot. Private Pilot preferred
• Aviation-related field in flight operations and/or training experience preferred
