Title: Charter Services Consultant (EJME)

Purpose of Position
The Charter Services Consultant is responsible for selling, booking and managing Charter reservations for new and existing clients whilst assisting the Aircraft Management sales team.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing all aspects of charter bookings to ensure smooth execution of each flight.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Research qualified prospects & conduct telephone discussions to establish rapport with prospective customers to set up qualified appointments for EJM Europe management and develop charter revenue opportunities;
• Support the EJM Europe Aircraft Management sales team as required, with guidance from the VP Charter Services, providing back up assistance to prospects and liaising with existing customers when required;
• Follow up inbound requests and Direct Marketing campaigns to ascertain the interest of potential customers, sending any relevant marketing material and maintaining periodic contact via phone;
• Procure the best aircraft option available within EJM Europe fleet of aircraft or utilise EJM Europe vendor solutions to provide appropriate charter solutions to external clients;
• Manage all aspects of charter trips with clients, from initial sale to post-flight;
• Problem-solve and coordinate alternative solutions quickly if needed, ensuring client satisfaction;
• Provide seamless customer service, develop rapport and drive customer retention;
• Develop a portfolio of repeat retail charter clients, meeting with them when relevant;
• Manage and maintain the sales database by inputting new contact information, creating a history of account after sales meetings and periodically scanning for any incomplete information ensuring that the database is accurate and up to date for direct mail, prospect contact and lead source tracking purposes;
• Liaise with the NetJets Europe SC’s and Sales Executives to identify prospects within the NetJets database and ensure the NetJets sales team are aware of opportunities with EJM Europe prospects and owners;
• Provide timely reports on a weekly and monthly basis regarding charter sales activities and results;
• Stay informed of industry trends, pricing and competitors;
• Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar disciplines is preferred;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience;
• Excellent sales & negotiation skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage clients and partners professionally.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers with a focus on customer satisfaction;
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues that may arise during the sales process;
• Ability to handle customer objections and turning these into sales opportunities;
• Resilience, to be able to handle rejection and remain motivated;
• Ability to liaise at Director level;
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet sales goals;
• Attention to detail;
• Fluency in Business English (written and spoken); Additional languages an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with CRM tools preferred.
