Purpose of Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for the design and development of initiatives which equip NetJets Europe Sales team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to be aviation industry experts, refine their sales skills and have the confidence to excel in their roles.

Working with the Sales Enablement Manager, Sales Management and NJE Organisational Development teams, the Sales Enablement Specialist will champion the NetJets Sales Academy framework to design and deliver role specific training and development.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Training and Development

Coordinate and deliver the NetJets Sales Onboarding for all new starters, ensuring competence in the core sales disciplines.
Deliver role-based training and workshops, as part of the NetJets Sales Academy, with a focus on aviation expertise, prospecting, pipeline management, meeting effectiveness and deal advancement.
Provide coaching to sales team members, embedding competencies and behaviours aligned to the NetJets Sales Academy skillset matrices.
Curate/create digital learning content, collaborating with Organisational Development and Instructional Design teams.


Sales Tools & Resources

Coordinate with Marketing and Products & Pricing teams to ensure Sales team members are equipped with the latest customer facing collateral to support sales activity.
Work with subject matter experts to develop support content and resources including playbooks, case studies and instructional guides.


Knowledge Management

Manage and promote utilisation of the NetJets Sales Enablement Platform as a single source of truth for all sales teams.
Partner with stakeholders to define, document and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned to the NetJets sales cycle.


Continuous Improvement

Keep up to date with the latest innovations and technology in sales best practice, people development and enablement tools.
Regularly seek feedback and suggestions from sales team members on enablement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales training or within a sales enabling role
  • Familiar with sales methodologies, particularly Sandler and Challenger.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for all audiences.
  • Experience with creating and managing SharePoint sites would be advantageous.
  • Confident in developing learning materials including video, audio, presentations, eLearning modules, documents, guidebooks, and interactive programs using different design and facilitation tools and software.
