Title: Strategic Partnership Executive (NJE)

Purpose of Position
To increase the strategic alliances and strengthen current partner relationships within NetJets Europe to bring in new business development opportunities and added value to our current Owners
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support European partnership strategy by actively seeking out business development initiatives with brands that are consistent with NetJets’ overall strategy;
- Analyse and implement European sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand awareness, market share and/or help create an indirect sales pipeline in the respective territories;
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships;
- Lead the launch process for new partners including sales enablement and executing various marketing components of each national and international partnership;
- Work with key internal stakeholders such as NetJets legal department, procurement department, sales team, and operations team to coordinate and successfully finalise contracts with partners;
- Outline and develop policies and procedures with internal stakeholders and identify ways to help improve them on a local level;
- Stringent budget tracking of partnership and sponsorship cost centres;
- Monitor and understand the behaviour of Owners and of competitors to strategically create and enhance initiatives aiding Owner retention, acquisition, and likelihood to recommend, ensuring NJE is competitive in the marketplace;
- Work closely with Events Team on logistics for Sponsorship activations;
- Work closely with the Marketing Team in both Europe and the US to develop partner content relating to experiences;
- Support with ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership portfolio;
- Lead on Owner gifting initiatives and working with partners to do so where appropriate. The Strategic Partnership Executive will oversee gifting initiatives pertaining to: Ad-hoc client gifting, event gifting where needed, anniversary gifting, Christmas gifting, any other loyalty related initiatives
- Maintain a creative outlook towards partnerships to explore the best collaborations between both brands for both an added value benefit but also on a commercial level;
- Travel and attend, where required, events to ensure flawless execution with the aim of aiding partnership development;
- Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked;

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
- University degree with an emphasis in Business, Marketing or Finance
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, marketing partnerships or business development
- Experience marketing a service-related product to high-net-worth individuals is desired
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken) paired with the knowledge of one or more European languages (desired but not necessary)
- High level commercial acumen, advanced negotiation, and contract management skills;
- Networking aptitude and good contact book;
- Strong end-to-end project management skills;
- High Proficiency in MS Office;
