Purpose of Position

Provide HR services and information, that could range from onboarding, personnel administrative, payroll, time management, policy support, and offboarding (employee lifecycle), ensuring exceptional customer service, within the pre-defined SLA, accuracy and adherence to the defined processes and labour laws.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide all employees with HR expert assistance in what relates with personnel management information and issues related with employment (e.g. onboarding, compensation, transfers, benefits, employment contracts, absenteeism, overtime, offboarding, etc.);
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is filled in and delivered to the employee and to the company to comply with labour law and company policies and procedures;
  • Maintain the integrity of the information entered and maintained by reviewing entries for accuracy and in accordance with HR processes (e.g. Head Count report);
  • Respond and follow up on all queries received by any of the HR channels available (email phone, Employee self-service tool, face to face) accurately and within the pre-defined SLA;
  • Execute the defined processes to ensure NetJets compliance with applicable tax laws, by communicating and keeping track of relevant processes (Social Security, Tax residency proof, etc);
  • Manage car fleet maintenance and issues with external providers to ensure compliance with Company asset management policies;
  • Execute the car fleet monthly expense report and send to all users as well as deliver it to Finance Department, guaranteeing that all invoices received are posted and paid to vendors to ensure compliance with car fleet policy and purchasing policy;
  • Assist with INDOC - presentation of the company benefits to NetJets Europe employees;
  • Assist with the control and review of benefits invoices to ensure that the amounts are dully charged, highlight discrepancies and address queries to the provider to ensure cost effectiveness and the correct report of costs to finance department;
  • Prepare and regularly update communication materials about benefits (e.g. website, booklets, procedures and policies) to provide employees with the most up-to-date information on their total reward package;
  • Provide backup of HR reports, when needed.


Bachelor's in Human Resources or Law

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken;
  • Proficiency in Business English (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
