Purpose of Position

Guarantee the authoring, version control, revision, approval, publication, and distribution across multiple platforms of internal and external documents to aircraft, crews, office staff, external vendors, and national authorities in accordance with EU and National Authority regulations and NTA/EJME/NATUK and ISO standards.
The operational and regulatory need for current, accurate, and timely information make this role safety and compliance critical.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Edit and manage technical content submitted by content creators to ensure clarity, consistent structure, correct British English grammar and spelling, and adherence to company style and formatting standards using an XML model-based software;
    • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to solve problems with content or organisation;
    • Assist SMEs and department managers in preparing and responding to internal and third party audits;
    • Assist SMEs and department managers with information/document management to improve the end user experience;
    • Perform other duties as directed by the Document Control Manager;
    • Maintain the document control system within NTA and EJME to ensure the effective and efficient management and control of all regulatory, aircraft manufacturer, and internal documentation in accordance with EU and National Authority regulations and NTA/EJME/NATUK and ISO standards;
    • Ensure that crews, office staff, external vendors, and national authorities have access to the required documentation via multiple access points;
    • Maintain an accurate record-keeping system for internal and external documentation to demonstrate systematic compliance with EU and National Authority regulations;
    • Ensure that the aircraft have up-to-date documentation, constantly monitoring the flight activity and coordinating all necessary actions with Lisbon office departments, flight and cabin crew, OSR, field reps, service centres, and FBOs;
    • Act as the EFB-approved Comply365 site admin, being the 1st tier support to internal and external users, in close collaboration with the supplier and all NetJets Inc. companies. #LI-Hybrid

  • • Bachelor’s degree in English;
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
    • Preferential knowledge of document control requirements according to EU regulation and ISO 9001 standards;
    • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);

    • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
