Purpose of Position

The Commissary Coordinator will manage the day-to-day commissary supply chain.  Using defined systems and processes, the Commissary Coordinator will evaluate the needs of each locker/warehouse, process orders, and track deliveries to ensure that our locker network always has product available to support the given flight activity. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• The Commissary Coordinator will be intimately familiar with all aspect of the commissary supply chain, including product types, suppliers, warehouse and locker network, order processing and tracking.  
• Review the daily needs of each locker/warehouse type 
• Process orders based defined PAR levels, or any forecasted spikes in demand.
• Ensure oders are delivered with accuracy and on time
• Follow up with suppliers and locker managers to correct order/delivery discrepancies
• Collect data on service failures
• Escalate service failures that will cause a stock-out to the Commissary Support Supervisor
