Purpose of Position

The Large Cabin Training Program Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and leading the Large Cabin Instructor program, including full-time Ground Instructors. This role will develop and implement strategies to enhance training effectiveness and trainer engagement and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs align with company goals and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, encourage knowledge sharing, and promoting continuous learning among the trainers. This role will report to the Director, Large Cabin Services – Training.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Large Cabin Instructor program, including the full-time Ground Instructors, ensuring effective management and leadership.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the success and development of the training team.
  • Regularly review training effectiveness and seek feedback from instructors and trainees to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design, develop, and manage training programs aligning with the company's service standards and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Large Cabin Training Content Specialist to ensure training content is current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Identify, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, including scope changes during the implementation of new training programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training  to ensure the training programs remain relevant and effective.
