Title:  Material Tracker (NJUS)

Purpose of Position

Material Trackers are responsible for maintaining visibility and positive control of more than $100 million in parts required to be returned to the OEM annually. They track the location of parts within their region from the creation of the purchase order until the Core or unused part is returned to a NetJets warehouse. Material Trackers process returns in the ERP system and provide shipping instructions and documentation to the Service Hub Warehouses for final shipment to the OEM. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Utilize ERP systems to gain visibility of Purchase Order and Work Order information 
• Review Purchase Orders
• Update and Manage Consolidated Core Tracker Report for assigned region
• Utilize shipping websites and tools to track shipping information
• Coordinate with FBOs and Maintenance vendors to have parts returned to NetJets
• Collaborate with Material Coordinators to ensure parts are returned in a timely manner 
• Meet with OEMs weekly to review Cores due
• Receive dropship POs into the ERP system upon proof of delivery
• Provide tracking information to Regional Component Expeditors for processing
• Work directly with Regional Component Expeditors to return Cores and unused parts
• Creating shipping labels and arranging shipments
• Create and process Exchange Issues and Core Rerurns in the ERP
• Provide accurate shipping instuctions and documentation to the warehouses
• Provide disposition instructions to maintenance providers to ship parts back to the OEM
