Purpose of Position

The Sales Operations team is the central hub of knowledge and support for the inside and outside sales teams. The members of this team handle all aspects of the sales cycle from prospect engagement through our phones and website inquiries, database management and governance, and contract and proposal generation. This team is very likely the first point of contact for a NetJets Owner and the constant point of contact for the entire sales team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Private Aviation Expert: Handle all inbound phone calls, providing prospective Owners with program and company information, assessing the prospects private aviation needs, and capturing all pertinent contact information in Salesforce. Based on findings, delegate the prospect to the appropriate sales team. Process all inbound leads through our website by locating possible duplicate records, updating applicable contact information, researching qualifications through platforms like Wealth Engine, Zoom Info and Google, and delegating to the sales team. Also act as the first point of contact for QS Partners and EJM Charter calls, delegating to their appropriate sales teams. 
  • Sales Subject Matter Expert: Must be a subject matter expert in all things relating to NetJets sales including but not limited to financial proposals, program and contract knowledge, and all systems and processes. Act as a non-biased party and make executive decisions within our Salesforce database when it relates to data ownership amongst the sales team. Assist sales team with a variety of requests including researched lead additions, reporting, financial proposals, and product/program questions. Maintain the proposal and cash flow templates, fuel report, and Flite Deck. 
  • Consistent Contributor: Utilize extensive knowledge of the sales department to identify areas of improvement and think through possible solutions. Harness the “why” mentality to question the status quo and uncover more efficient and profitable ways to complete daily tasks. Be a resource for the Salesforce development team when it comes to testing and thinking through ways to improve our CRM platform. 
  • Foster Growth: Continually grow and maintain your knowledge of the business by staying up to date on the Revenue Policy, Investment Summary, Product Overview Guide, and additional product/process changes made throughout the year by management. Assist with training of new team members and participate in team interviews. Represent NetJets at prospect and Owner events through check-in, greeting and event team support.
