Purpose of Position

The objective of the Strategic Partnership Coordinator is to support the research needs of strategic verticals in association with our defined partners. Verticals are defined as interest areas of our target customer that allow for brand elevation and the identification of potential NetJets Owners, including but not limited to golf, motorsports, equestrian and food & wine. This role will help identify opportunities for the brand as well as the identification of key strategic targets to be provided to the sales team for entry into the sales process. This individual functions as a research and support resource for strategic partnerships, including but not limited to marketing, sales, and business development needs. The core functions of this role are research, relationship mapping, and CRM management. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Creatively develop new research initiatives to support existing or identify new marketing verticals.
  • Leverage data from strategic partners to identify target audiences for marketing communications and event activity.
  • Use database tools to identify potential NetJets target audiences in association with partners, typically made up of C-Level executives, business owners, and high net-worth individuals. Provide targeting information to sales team for outreach and entry into sales process.
  • Attend events to represent NetJets brand and further enhance partner relationships when on site through identification of target opportunities.
  • Create and distribute customized Salesforce dashboards and reports in response to business needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of lead information, campaign attribution, and sales interactions in Salesforce.com CRM in association with strategic partners to measure effectiveness of Marketing investments.
  • Coordinate flight demos and handle quote requests as needed for strategic partner relationships.
  • Help implement new KPI tracking processes and best practices related to partner Marketing communications.
  • Manage mass data import projects from start to finish including, target list screening and qualifying, deduplicating records, coordinating with Salesforce team, protecting data integrity, and implementing follow-up strategy.
  • Prepare event/partnership briefing documents to educate attendees and other stakeholders and position for successful achievement of business goals. .
  • Ability to travel to events and activations, 10-20%.
