Purpose of Position

Execute the brand experience strategy for the NetJets portfolio brands (EJM, QS Partners, QS Security & QS Financial) for purposes of brand building and increased marketing activity for each brand.  Initiatives will include Owner experience, employee experience, partner experience, gifting, events, branded merchandise, and other non-digital initiatives.  

Tasks and Responsibilities

•    Further define and implement overall brand experiences for Owners, customers, potential Owners and customers, employees and partners for all portfolio brands
•    Plan and oversee all brand building activities including but not limited events (internal and external), gifting/merchandise, and other non-digital initiatives
•    Uphold brand standards for each portfolio brand when positioned alone, and NetJets Inc. brand standards when executing cross-brand initiatives
•    Evolve and/or create new ideas that will continue to support growth strategies for all portfolio brands, independently and cross-brand with other portfolio brand and NetJets

•    Demonstrable experience leading and managing projects, especially in relation to brand experiences, events and non-digital marketing initiatives
•    Experience working with external and internal teams, IT departments, sales team and cross functionality with people at all levels within the business
•    Understanding of how non-digital and digital channel initiatives work together to build impactful campaigns with measurable results and learnings
