Purpose of Position

This position will be responsible for NetJets’ CRM strategy and platform(s) utilization, ensuring it enhances marketing efforts and revenue generation. The individual in this role will work with the product delivery team to collaborate both cross-functionality and cross-company to evaluate requirements, oversee the determination of enhancements needed for internal systems and processes, and evaluate new CRM products and evolutions to determine their viability for NetJets’ marketing efforts. This position will oversee a team accountable for the below responsibilities. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

•    Audience Segmentation: Create and enhance processes to pull appropriate audiences for marketing efforts and strategize new audience segmentations to be utilized in marketing efforts largely focused on, but not limited to, email marketing
•    Personalized Digital Experiences:  Deliver dynamic, tailored experiences based on customer data
•    Email Execution: Execute QC on all email sends to ensure build, audience, and sender profile accuracy before scheduling, strategize new Marketing Cloud journeys to create more brand exposure, consumer touchpoints and team efficiencies
•    System Updates/Utilization: Coordinate with IT and Product Delivery teams on necessary updates to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to enhance Marketing efforts, ensure updates proposed by other departments do not impact Marketing processes, explore functions of the Salesforce suite of solutions that are under-utilized to enhance Marketing efforts, review terms/fields with Data Governance to determine definitions and create standardization of usage, maintain Salesforce Personalization to feed data into reports, and for use by Sales for prospecting based on website engagement
•    Compliance: Partner with legal team to ensure all NJA and NJE segmentation practices are legally compliant and monitor email activity to ensure compliance is upheld, coordinate with IT to ensure Salesforce system set-up allows for legal compliance in list pulling
•    Data/Analytics: Oversight of broad Marketing KPIs and stronger data integration/utilization to optimize strategies and support more informed decisions. Present accurate story of health of marketing program through data to leadership on a monthly and/or quarterly basis 
•    Revenue Generation: Regularly review inbound sales to determine financial impact of marketing efforts, update dashboards based on digital engagement to assist Sales in prospecting efforts

Bachelor's in Marketing or Data Analytics
