Purpose of Position
The Flight Center Knowledge Management, Specialist, who reports to the Manager, Flight Center Resource Management is responsible for the creation and maintenance of end-user support programs. This role will also be responsible for developing content within these applications. Additionally, this role will assist in the business process and procedure documentation and organization to execute against the supported businesses roadmap.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Administers knowledge management products such as Comply 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other training support tools leveraged by the supported business groups.
- Communicate new business process or change in business process across multiple business functions.
- Responsible for supporting Flight Center teams in managing content, customizing site collections, and designing within Articulate 360, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Builds and maintains digital training content to support the Flight Center team’s training and onboarding.
- Serves as the subject matter expert and resource for Flight Center Teams in terms of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Comply 365, and In-app Guidance Tools.
- Provides support and initial end-user training for users of the following systems: Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Responsible for working with key stakeholders across supported groups to implement and update current and future business processes, programs, and products.
- Establish and maintain content record retention timelines.
