Title: Flight Mission Delivery Specialist (NJUS)
Columbus, OH, US, 43219
Purpose of Position
The Flight Mission Delivery Specialist works throughout the booking lifecycle to identify and mitigate potential service challenges to Owner flight requests, recommending options that are customized to the Owners’ preferences and appropriate to the context of the flight. The Flight Mission Delivery Specialist collaborates with other NetJets teams to mitigate risks to service so that the day-of execution of the flight appears effortless in the eyes of the Owner.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Follow through and involve other NetJets teams as appropriate before transitioning responsibility to NetJets’ day-of execution teams. Find options to mitigate potential issues without impacting the owner.
