Purpose of Position
The Identity & Access Management Engineer, Lead will help develop, implement, monitor, and continually improve procedures and resource allocations to ensure professional, high-quality technical support and services to the NetJets businesses, including its executives, staff, administrators, and partners/contractors. This position will lead directory services support, authentication/authorization support, and integrating these services with other NetJets IT systems. Ensure that the environment complies with NetJet's policies and procedures. Help provide direct supervision, technical expertise in the management of identity, authentication, and access management tools supporting all NetJets businesses. Collaborating with appropriate teams regarding problems within complex applications to ensure SLA targets for system availability are met by continually improving the detection, prevention, and resolution of system issues. Assist in the management/operations of the identity and access management team, including managing workflow, training, and personnel planning. This role will be responsible for 24/7/365 assistance to support NetJets operations as part of the team on-call support.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist the Team in Active Directory and AD LDS auditing to ensure employee lifecycle management policies.
- Drives compliance with policies, procedures and standards. Accurately and thoroughly documents appropriate detail in request tickets and tracking systems.
- Help Manage the day-to-day activities to ensure communication of time-critical information related to human identity, machine identity, and privilege access management globally at Netjets. This includes but is not limited to the following: Okta, Active Directory, LDAP, ADFS, Azure AD, Certificate Management, IdentityNow, and MFA.
- Lead the Identity Management Team to proactively identify information security deficiencies or opportunities for improvement to enable business security at the global level better.
- Help manage the Team in delivering global identity & access management services in response to NetJets evolving business demands.
- Coordinate the development and management of Identity Management principles and standards including regular periodic reviews of each.
- Collaborate with IT Teams to support Dev, Testing, and QA in Agile processes.
- Applies an understanding of technical problems and solutions concerning the current and future business environment to research and resolve access-related issues independently.
- Participation in an on-call after-hours support rotation.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
- 8+ years of experience working in a corporate environment, supporting the end-user community as well as application stakeholders
- Working knowledge of application & infrastructure security concepts (Network Security, Password Management, and Access Control)
- Experience with various regulatory standards (PCI/DSS, SOX, FedRAMP HIPAA etc.)
- MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, CISA, CISM, GSEC, Security+, or CEH certification a prefered
- Solid understanding of web application security/OWASP
- Experience with automation utilizing Power Shell or other common scripting language
- Experience with AD, AD LDS, AzureAD, DHCP, DNS required
- Experience with PKI and Group Policy preferred
- Experience with monitoring and performance management tools like Solarwinds, DataDog or Splunk is desirable
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in IT related discipline or equivalent experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft products
