Title: Labor Relations Analyst (NJUS)

Purpose of Position
The Contract Implementation Analyst will partner with stakeholders across the organization including, but not limited to, Legal, Finance, BI&A, and Executive Leaders to review analytics on a broad range of topics including Company trends related to contractual compliance across multiple CBAs, industry comparisons with regards to bargaining employees, and potential efficiencies or gains with current CBAs. This position will also assess industry trends to help make recommendations on compensation and/or other benefits.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Works independently with little supervision.
- Design, develop, and deliver customized reports and/or dashboards to monitor contract compliance across all bargaining units.
- Deliver on ad-hoc basis reporting requests, in addition to long-term projects; create recurring and ad-hoc deliverables for various needs of the business including, but not limited to, Labor, Legal, and executive leadership.
- Recommend business improvements to the Labor Relations team and support team-wide efforts to continuously provide exceptional service with our business partners.
- Ability to translate results of analyses into data-driven insights to ensure key messages resonate with the target audience along with learning new tools and techniques as needed to meet business needs and produce the best possible results.
