Purpose of Position

This is a vital, technical role to ensure L&D provides high-quality, timely learning experiences to the global NetJets community. The individual in this role will be the subject matter expert from a learning and systems administration side of our Talent Management platforms: SuccessFactors Learning, Success Factors Talent Intelligence Hub, and potential future platforms SuccessFactors Learning Records Store, Succession Planning module, Growth Portfolio, Skills Marketplace, etc. They will also be the lead for product integration and administration for third-party content providers or a Learning Experience Platform.

Tasks and Responsibilities

•    Responsible for configuration and maintenance of the LMS to meet organizational needs and requirements.
•    Troubleshoots technical issues within the LMS and works to implement improvements. 
•    Manages the integration of new technologies and features to enhance the overall user experience. 
•    Communicates effectively with internal clients to ensure clear understanding of learning requirements and collaborates to pinpoint areas of improvement to create a strong user experience. 
•    Strategizes with L&D Team to develop roadmap for user experience and implements to the roadmap.
•    Manages and collaborates on departmental projects that support the company's priorities and 20/20 Flight Plan.
•    Collaborates with HRIS, IT, and SAP to launch and integrate new Talent Management platforms according to the team’s roadmap.
•    Works with HRIS to ensure our reporting tools are providing the right data to the correct individuals via SuccessFactors Stories.

Education

Bachelor's in IT System Administration or Computer Science

•    Experience managing vendors and handling learning and systems administration of a Learning Management System, including daily support (requiring SAP SuccessFactors Learning or other SAP talent management platforms)
