Title:  Project Manager, Global Five Senses (NJUS)

Purpose of Position

In this unique position, the Project Manager, Global Five Senses will collaborate with our innovative team to support the continuous evolution of luxury in aviation. With projects focusing on engaging the five senses to create unforgettable experiences, the Project Manager will work with a diverse team of visionary professionals, coordinate complex logistics, and ensure seamless execution from concept through to launch. This role will work in close partnership with team members in the US and Europe, as well as stakeholders across the NetJets business. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

•    Partner and collaborate with the Global Five Senses team to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute work – coordinating activities across multiple internal and external business partners in both the US and Europe.

•    In close coordination with the Project Lead, develop detailed project plans; identifying the project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and necessary resources & stakeholders.

•    Guide project meetings, ensuring productive discussions and consensus-building through effective facilitation. Navigate and manage crucial conversations with stakeholders and team members with sensitivity and clarity, utilizing your influencing skills to align stakeholders with project goals, secure their support, and drive commitment across all levels of the organization.

•    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports. 

•    Facilitate regular team meetings, track project progress, and assess challenges, risks, and opportunities. 

•    Assist in maintaining the work intake process for the Global Five Senses Team.

•    Assist in the development of process improvements and procedural documentation.

•    Liaise and coordinate with NetJets internal departments and key stakeholders to ensure synergies and project execution.  

•    And any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values
