Purpose of Position
The Supervisor, Technical Aircraft Records is responsible for facilitating the aircraft record retention mandate specified under 14 CFR 135.427 and 135.439. The supervisor will create, revise, and maintain policies and procedures that ensure compliance with the company maintenance manual system and operating specifications A025 and MA025. The Supervisor, Technical Aircraft Records is knowledgeable in the regulatory requirement of the maintenance programs CIP, AAIP, EPMP and other inspection programs. The Supervisor, Technical Aircraft Records monitors NetJets computer programs Maintenix, MxNet, and OnBase to ensure that the aircraft records are being retained in accordance with the aforementioned criteria.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervises Data Administrators to ensure timely processing of aircraft work order data. Generates meaningful metrics and expectations for the department and it's individual contributors.
- Develops and maintains a records workflow process to capture and retain all necessary records throughout the life cycle of the engine.
- Obtains work order record requests for the Federal Aviation Agency inspectors.
- Assists with record compilation for disposal aircraft.

- Experience with 14 CFR Part 135 documentation requirements.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance tracking system software for a large, diverse aircraft fleet.
- Experience in a supervisor capacity
- Associate's Degree preferred
- 4-6 years experience preferred
