Title: Warranty Administration Management (NJUS)

Purpose of Position
The Warranty Administration Management provides timely submission and resolution of all warranty related invoices for all fleets. This includes ensuring NetJets obtains maximum possible value from warranty and guaranteed maintenance program (GMP/FMP) work by researching information and formulating recommendations regarding the warranty administration of all fleets. The Warranty Administration Management determines if charges can be recovered by manufacturer warranty, vendor charges and/or guaranteed service agreements. The Warranty Administration Management leads conversations with vendors, manufacturer, and/or service agreements to resolve disputes and recover claims. The Warranty Administration Management works with other departments within NetJets to achieve corporate goals. The Warranty Administration Management leads a team of Warranty Clerks and ensures work is performed appropriately, workloads are leveled across the team, and any issues are resolved in accordance with NetJets policies.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensures warranty work performed on NetJets aircraft has been billed accurately and whether the value of warranty and GMP is realized. This includes, but is not limited to filing claims, negotiating settlements, and working directly with manufacturer representatives as necessary
- Evaluate GMP/FMP trends to identify areas of the program that could be modified to realize additional savings.
- Works directly with major Original Equipment Manufacturers to resolve pending claims and advise on potential safety or quality deficiencies that could lead to potential bulletins or warranty extensions.
- Identify contractual warranty terms not followed by NetJets and make recommendations to become compliant while identifying deficiencies or necessary modifications to existing agreements.
- Leads Warranty Auditors and supports needs of team and NetJets as needed to improve overall warranty recompense.

- Strong skills in warranty administration.
- Practical experience in leading teams of warranty auditing, submission, and negotiation.
- Strong ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance plan and program documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate understanding of business and financial processes.
- Ability to use experience and knowledge to creatively improve processes and increase efficiencies.
- Ability to understand, create and communicate financial reports and corporate financial information as well as forecasting future warranty expense.
- Familiar with Warranty dispute resolution and contract interpretation.
- Strong skills in the use of MS office applications with an emphasis on Power Point and Excel.
