Purpose of Position

The Workforce Optimization Analyst, who reports to the Manager, Flight Center Resource Management is responsible for the development, management, and administration of the Flight Center Employee schedule.  The role will focus on ensuring staffing levels match that of workload needs and will manage the day-to-day employee schedule adherence.  

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Flight Center employee schedule bids and assignments
  • Daily monitoring of workload volumes
  • Facilitate weekly departmental staffing meetings/reports
  • Produce real-time workload reports that include but are not limited to ASA reports, hold time, and employee login reports
  • Manage Flight Center employee work-from-home staffing slots
  • Administer staffing reallocation based on needs
  • Execute employee PTO approvals that include the management of departmental PTO processes, calendars, etc.
  • Manage ad-hoc schedule requests to maintain staffing needs. These requests include team meetings, team outings, training events, etc.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders on employee timecard updates

Education

Bachelor's in Aviation Management or Business Administration

  • Experience with Avaya CMS supervisor or similar application
