Title: Sales Executive, Associate QS Partners (NJUS)

Purpose of Position
The objective of the Sales Executive, Associate QSP is to learn and experience the complete QSP sales process to include generating and executing all types of aircraft transactions, and service potential and current clients, in a “world class” manner while adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards. These responsibilities include Aircraft Acquisitions, Aircraft Brokerage, NetJets Disposals, Inventory Aircraft, Project Management, and Aircraft Closing Activities. These skills will be developed under the mentorship of an assigned Sales Executive.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Prospecting/Business Development:
• Assist SVP with growing the QSP brand in territory with external prospecting to include influencers, private banks, family offices, and whole aircraft owners.
• Support SVP with internal requests from other “Inc” portfolio companies: NetJets, EJM, and QSF.
• Logging activities, opportunities, and tasks in company CRM (salesforce.com) to ensure proper prospect follow-up.
Logistical and Deal Support:
• Assist SVP with onsite aircraft reviews, records review, and photoshoots.
• Facilitate responses to all inquiries made on each aircraft listing and ensure proper follow-up.
• Support and coordinate aircraft showings and demo flights to ensure proper QSP representation and brand awareness with potential prospects.
• Assist SVP in coordinating closing activities.
Project Management:
• Collaborate with QSP Technical Manager and SVP to manage pre-buy inspections, invoices, test flights, and warranty transfers, and timelines.
• Assist SVP with client communications/updates during the inspection phase.
• Assist with resolving roadblocks or issues found during the inspections, test flights, and delivery flights.
